Topic: Getting Started
So, I'm reading the book and figuring out my routine and learning about why it will work. It's a great big 300+ page book, very easy reading, and it makes a lot of sense.
I'm excited about getting into shape again; I always REALLY LOVED lifting weights--I don't really know why. Partly, I guess because it is something that doesn't depend upon anyone other than me. And it does seem to be more effective with intense concentration. Kind of cool to think about concentration and physical activity all at once.
I still really don't know the diet or the exercises involved. I have all of the weights already; I just need to get them organized in my garage, I guess.
